Shoe Drive
This year, we are partnering with Funds2Orgs to sponsor a shoe drive that will run through May 2025. We have decided to help procure 100 bags of shoes to support this non-profit organization. We are excited to announce that as of April 1st, 2025, we have surpassed our goal!
Funds2Orgs has two main missions: to limit the amount of shoes thrown out in our landfills, and to redistribute shoes to communities in developing nations where local artisans repair and sell the shoes within their local community. In times of concern and awareness of climate and environmental challenges the Earth is facing, our Society has decided to step up and help in this mission.

How Does it Work?

We accept any pairs of unwanted new or lightly-used shoes. We accept all sizes and types (boots, flats, sandals, sneakers, children's shoes, etc.)

As a token of gratitude, for individuals who donate 10 pairs of shoes, their name and number will be placed in a raffle. Anyone offering 25 or more pairs will receive a prize! When donating, please write your name, email, phone number, and number of pairs donated on a piece of paper (or use a provided donor form if you are donating through one of our partner organizations!)

You can drop-off donations at the Saint Mary of the Snow Society Hall located at 410 Graham Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11211, or at one of our partner drop-off locations.

Alternatively, we do offer pick-up services for large quantities of donations. Please email us at saintmaryofthesnows@gmail.com to arrange a pick-up, or with any questions!

Companies & Organizations

If your organization wishes to get involved, we can provide containers for collection! Contact us at saintmaryofthesnows@gmail.com to sign up as a partner organization! Please place the container in a safe, central location, like a main office, vestibule, waiting room, etc. The container will be labelled with our contact information and guidelines.

We will regularly check in, and collect donations to minimize clutter.
