The feast has been celebrated by Society of St. Mary of the Snow in Williamsburg, Brooklyn since our founding in 1888. Please join us for nine evenings of music, food, and festivities. Check out this year's events below! All events take place at our historic hall at 410 Graham Avenue (unless otherwise stated).
We will also have a bilingual nightly novena and rosary prayer starting at 7:15 PM.

Candlelight Procession - July 27, 2025
Every year, we kick off our festivities with the Candlelight Procession, as we carry our statue of Our Lady of the Snow through the streets of Williamsburg.
We process to Saint Francis of Paola Church, where we hold a novena prayer service starting at 7:30 PM.
We then process around the neighborhood, returning to the Society Hall for festivities and refreshments!
Starting at 8:00 PM at our Society Hall at 410 Graham Avenue.
Bingo Night is a community favorite!
Join us for bingo games and refreshments. Admission is free; bingo cards are $5 for three games of bingo. Prizes will be awarded to our winners!

Movie Night with Cinema Club Piacere - July 29, 2025
Cinema Club Piacere is our monthly movie night celebrating Italian and Italian-American Cinema in Williamsburg! Screenings take place every last Wednesday of the month. Every month, we also feature hot food available for purchase from a local restaurant or caterer.
Come meet your neighbors, grab a plate, grab some popcorn, and watch an iconic film together.
Admission is free - bring your friends, your date, or your nonna!
Please join us for an An Evening with Elvis on Thursday, July 30 at 8:00 PM Lamar Peters, New York's Top Elvis Tribute Artist will perform some of Elvis's hits and other rock-and-roll faves at Saint Mary of the Snow Society Hall! Dust off those blue suede shoes and get ready to boogie!
Refreshments will be available for purchase. While this event is free, a suggested donation of $10 is encouraged to help us to continue to offer free cultural events in the community!

AnEvening with Elvis - July 30, 2025
For Italians, sharing a meal is a deeply ingrained part of our social fabric and culture. It's a way to express love, celebrate life, and connect with our family, friends, and our community. Food brings people together, and sharing a meal is deeply rooted in our cultural identity.
Pull up a chair, grab a plate, and join the family!

Italian Music Night - August 1, 2025
Join us for a celebration of Italian and Italian-American music! Featuring classics like Volare, and O Sole Mio, take a journey through time and space and be transported to an Italian Piazza under the stars! Dancing encouraged! Featuring performances by local Italian artists.
Suggested donation $10
A tradition of 138 years, our yearly Communion Brunch is held the Sunday before August 5th.
Hosted by the Ladies Auxiliary, we we meet at Saint Francis of Paola Church at 219 Conselyea Street, Brooklyn, NY 11211 for a mass celebrating Our Lady of the Snow at noon.
We will then host a brunch celebration at our hall at 410 Graham Avenue at 1:15 PM.

The feast of Our Lady of the Snow is an ancient celebration dating back to 352 AD. The feast has been celebrated in Sanza, Italy since 900 AD and since the 1800s here in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with the arrival of the first immigrants from Sanza, Italy. Our organization has celebrated this feast since our founding in 1888.
Our celebration begins with a ceremony in the morning at Our Lady of the Snow Hall 410 Graham Avenue, at 8:30 AM. This ceremony includes speeches, prayer, and the awarding of our three scholarship awards to college-bound students.
We then process to Saint Francis of Paola Church, where we celebrate a mass in honor of Our Lady of the Snow. Directly following the mass, we process through the neighborhood, returning to the hall around 1:30 PM.
